"I flew with TAP recently and was..."
I flew with TAP recently and was happy that the WiFi worked for most of the flight. It connected to my phone without much fuss — which was a relief — and I was able to send messages, check emails, and scroll around a bit without any major issues.
It definitely wasn’t as fast as home internet, no surprise there, but for being up in the air, it was totally fine. It made the flight go by quicker, and I liked being able to stay in touch. I’d use it again for sure.

"Booking was easy, but I got a little impatient"
I booked my flight on TAP Air Portugal it was straightforward for the most part. The dates and prices were easy enough to compare, and I liked being able to check the baggage options before getting all the way to payment.
That said, a few pages took longer to load than I was in the mood for, and I had to go back and double-check the fare details because they weren’t super clear right away. I just wanted to get it done, so that part was a bit annoying.
Payment went through without any issues, and the confirmation email showed up quickly, which was a relief. Overall, not perfect, but it worked fine and I’d probably use it again.

"Really decent crew on board"
The cabin crew on my TAP flight were genuinely lovely. They were kind, helpful, and kept checking on people without making it feel forced. Even when things got busy, they stayed calm and patient, which says a lot about how people should treat others when traveling. It made the whole trip feel much easier and more pleasant.
"Decent food, but the drinks were a bit slow"
I had mixed feelings about the meal service on my TAP flight. The food was actually better than I expected, warm, decent taste, and perfectly fine for a flight. The drink options were okay too, but it felt like they took quite a while to come around. Overall, not amazing, but definitely not bad either.

"Baggage fees seemed clear"
I was just checking TAP’s baggage rules for a sample trip, not one I actually took, but the info seemed easy enough to find. The carry-on limits were laid out before booking, and the fees looked fairly reasonable to me. I guess I’d still double-check before paying, just in case I missed something, but at first glance there didn’t seem to be any weird surprises.

My flight left on time and landed right on schedule too. No complaints at all, everything went smooth.

"Clean cabin made the flight feel easy"
I flew with TAP recently and was in a good mood once I saw how clean the cabin was. The seats looked fresh, my tray table wasn’t sticky at all, and even the bathroom stayed decent throughout the flight. I’m the kind of person who notices little things like that, so it made the whole trip feel more relaxed and comfortable. Nothing over the top, just a clean plane and a solid experience

"Helpful updates before my flight"
TAP did a good job keeping me in the loop before my flight. I got emails and texts with the check-in reminder and gate info, and it was all clear enough that I never felt confused. The only thing was one delay notice came a little later than I would’ve liked. Still, compared to some other airlines I’ve flown with, it felt more...

"Payment went through smoothly"
I paid for my ticket and everything worked fine. The card payment went through on the first try, and the confirmation showed up quickly. No odd errors or extra steps, which I appreciated.

"Annoying delay, but they did sort it out"
My TAP flight ended up delayed and then they switched my connection, which had me stressed for a bit. I was annoyed because the updates were slow and I didn’t really know what was going on, but to be fair, the staff were actually helpful once I spoke to them. They got me onto another flight without making it a huge fight, so that was a relief. Still, the whole thing felt messy and frustrating, but also kind of fine in the end? I got home the same day, so I can’t complain too much. Not amazing, not terrible.

"Quick, quick help when I needed it"
I had a question about my booking and customer service got back to me fast, like faster than I expected. They helped sort it out without too much back and forth. It wasn’t perfect, perfect, but it did the job and was good enough for me.

"Seats were better than I expected"
I flew with TAP recently the seats were better than I thought they’d be for the price. The legroom was okay, not super spacious, but I wasn’t sitting there feeling totally cramped either. The seat did start to feel a little firm after a few hours, so I’d say TAP could probably improve the padding a bit overall. Still, based on this flight, their seat comfort is decent for a budget-friendly option. I managed to sleep a little and arrived feeling fine. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Good movie lineup for the flight"
I ended up watching a couple of movies and a few shows during the flight, and it made the time go by way faster. The screen worked perfectly the whole trip, which was a relief because it was a long one. Overall, it definitely helped make the flight feel a lot shorter, so I was happy with it.

"Boarding Was Surprisingly Painless"
I flew with TAP last week and, shockingly enough, boarding didn’t turn into the usual airport free-for-all. The gate staff called the groups clearly, people seemed to know where to go, and somehow we all managed to board without acting like the plane was leaving without us.
My boarding pass from TAP Air Portugal worked fine on my phone too, which was almost suspiciously convenient. No extra drama, no weird hassle, just got on the plane quickly and left more or less on time. a nice simple experience, imagine that.

"Pretty good help after missing my connection"
I missed my connection in Lisbon and I was annoyed at first, but actually the staff got me onto the next flight quicker than I expected. They explained everything in a simple way, and I never really felt stranded. Thanks, TAP.

"Lost bag got sorted quicker than expected"
My suitcase didn’t show up when I landed and I was stressed about it. TAP kept me updated though, and it was delivered to my hotel two days later. The airport staff were really helpful too. Not the best way to start a trip, but they handled it well, so it’s 5 stars from me
